One of the regulatory and tax obligations of those participants in the energy industry is the obligation to carry out volumetric controls in terms of the “Código Fiscal de la Federación la Resolución Miscelánea Fiscal”, and its annexes.
The ultimate purpose of the volumetric controls determined in the tax provisions is to establish a principle of traceability of hydrocarbons and petroleum products handled and marketed by individuals and legal entities whose purpose is related to such activities.
Last July 2023, Gasoducto de Morelos obtained the document that certifies the correct operation and functioning of the equipment and computer programs in the assumptions, periodicity and with the characteristics established in Annexes 30 and 31 of the RMF.
With this Certification, GDM complies with 100% of the obligations established in said regulation, with the strong commitment to always be in compliance with the different regulatory entities.
